Soccer

Frosh Soph Soccer in first place after a 7-1 victory over Compton.

Varsity won 3-1 and

JV won 3-0.

 

Girls Basketball

Girls Varsity basketball was victorious with a win over Jordan.

 

Boys Basketball

Varsity Boys team made history as they swept  Jordan. Second victory over the Panthers, 60-46.

Freshmen lost at Poly 85-25 

Sophomores lost at Poly 76-41

 

Boys Soccer 

JV tied Lakewood 1-1 

Varsity defeated Lakewood 6-2

The vision of Cabrillo High School athletic department is to provide student-athletes an environment that promotes and supports academic, athletic and personal achievement, to field athletic teams to perform at competitive levels in CIF competition, to utilize highly qualified coaches, dedicated support staff, and administrative personnel to help individuals become better students, athletes, and citizens, and to prepare student-athletes to make transitions to the next level of participation academically and athletically. With a commitment to “Success in the West” we will pursue excellence by engaging the mind, elevating the spirit, and stimulating the best effort of all who are associated with the athletic program.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Cabrillo High School athletic department is to provide an athletic program that helps develop the whole person through education and competition, to expect a high-level of discipline, sportsmanship, integrity, leadership, and social responsibility, to promote ethnic and cultural diversity within athletic programs, to ensure equal opportunity for all student-athletes, and to make the athletic program an enduring source of pride for the student population, student-athletes, staff, alumni, and community.
