Wright Brothers Day at the Cabrillo Library. In honor of the Wright Brothers flight at Kitty Hawk on December 17, 1903, Cabrillo Library is challenging YOU to bring your paper airplane to the library at lunch on Friday, December 15th. There will be prizes for:

  • 1. Longest Flight,
  • 2. Artistic Exterior Design,
  • 3. Coolest Body Design.

Cabrillo's Athletic Department has teamed up with Fancloth to create a Jaguar online store with customized gear. Please show your Jaguar Pride and go to to purchase one or more items. For every item sold, our Athletic Program will receive a minimum of $4.00 per item. All funds raised will be used to support our students. The store will remain open until December 23rd. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Mr. Donald Williams - Assistant Principal.

2, 3 & 4 Week Programs Available (July 2 – August 10)

Application Lists Exact Dates for Each Medical Facility 

  • Applicants must be in 11th or 12th grade when filling out an application and have a birth date on or before 4/1/0 OR meet any other older age requirement of the facility that they are applying to. (See Application for specific info.)  
  • The Program is a medical mentorship/internship. Under the supervision of a medical facility coordinator selected participants shadow various medical professionals (nurse, nutritionist, pharmacist, lab technician and/or physician etc.). 
  • Most involved medical facilities run their programs Monday – Friday, about 8 hours a day, no nights or weekends; exact hours are determined by each medical facility coordinator.
  • If selected, participants are responsible for their own transportation.
  • If a financial need exists, a participant may request a stipend.
