NSI 1st Sergeant Robertson

1st SGT Robertson joined the Cabrillo High School staff on August 1, 2001 after completing 22 years in the United States Marine Corps. His vision is to focus on cadet leadership by example. His vision and mission is commitment and teamwork in support of Cabrillo, Community and Naval Service. All should strive for excellence as a habit, not an act.

SNSI Lieutenant Commander Sergio Santillan

Lieutenant Commander Santillan joined the Cabrillo team in the Fall, 2018. His previous teaching assignment was at Reseda Charter High School in Reseda, California. Mr. Santillan retired from the Navy after twenty years of active duty, including three years of enlisted service. He recieved his commision in 1998 through the NJROTC program, earning a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona, and in 2007 he earned a M.A. in International Relations from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. While on active duty he served as a Surface Warfare Officer and Full Time Support Officer. He is now enjoying his assignment as Senior Naval Science Instructor at Cabrillo High School. His focus is encouraging students to set and attain goals and objectives while developing confidence, character, teamwork, leadership and professionalism through the NJROTC program.
