evaluates and certifies prospective student athletes for collegiate competition at Divisions I and II schools.

The NCAA Eligibility Center focuses on:

  • Academic preparedness.
  • Sports participation.
  • High school courses.
  • Customer service.

Students who want to compete

at NCAA Division I or Division II schools need to meet NCAA Eligibility Center:

1) Academic initial eligibility requirements.

2) Amateurism requirements.

Council of Student-Athletes - COSA

Cabrillo's first ever all student-athletes club C.O.S.A - Council of Student-Athletes. The goal of this club is to support the mission of the Cabrillo athletic program and make our vision a reality.

Girls   Varsity Basketball (1-13 1-5) lost to Millikan

Varsity Soccer  (13-1-3) tied Millikan1-1.  4-1-2 in ML

Boys JV Soccer lost to Millikan   1-0  (7-4-1)

Boys Freshman Soccer  defeated Millikan 1-0    (10-2-0)

The vision of Cabrillo High School athletic department is to provide student-athletes an environment that promotes and supports academic, athletic and personal achievement, to field athletic teams to perform at competitive levels in CIF competition, to utilize highly qualified coaches, dedicated support staff, and administrative personnel to help individuals become better students, athletes, and citizens, and to prepare student-athletes to make transitions to the next level of participation academically and athletically. With a commitment to “Success in the West” we will pursue excellence by engaging the mind, elevating the spirit, and stimulating the best effort of all who are associated with the athletic program.
